Estonia, short of IT specialists, looking for professionals in UK
The information technology companies of Estonia are working on attracting specialists from the UK with a forthcoming recruitment programme supported by the Estonian government, Computer Weekly wrote.
British IT industry news portal ComputerWeekly.com reported on Tuesday, August 22, that with the Career Hunt recruitment programme, IT professionals in Britain are sought after as by 2020, Estonian job market is expected to lack 37,000 IT specialists. Career Hunt in cooperation with the international job portal Jobbatical is inviting IT professionals to apply for jobs at companies working in the Baltic country, for example, Taxify, Twilio, Microsoft, Skype and Swedbank.
A key advantage offered by the recruitment campaign is providing interested specialists to visit Estonia the country with all travel expenses covered.
