REMEMBERING CHARLES THOUMY

It is with heavy heart that we mourn the loss of Charles Thoumy a key founder of Crepaway Corporation and a valued member of the hospitality industry. Thoumy was one of the first pioneers of the American dining experience that blossomed in Lebanon in the mid-80s, a concept which spread locally and abroad. Thoumy successfully ventured into new projects including Nassma, a Lebanese bistro while maintaining his expertise in the insurance brokerage business.
