DONALD BATAL IS THE NEW THE CEO OF IRADA HOLDING

Donald Batal, founder of Classic Burger Joint and Tomatomatic, has become the CEO of IRADA Holding, based between Lebanon, Qatar and Europe. The company is active in the F&B and retail industry in the Middle East and Europe. Following this major appointment, he will be at the helm of the group, leading its future development. The group owns Galler Chocolatier worldwide, Bonnet à Pompon, Du Liban, a gourmet Lebanese restaurant in Madrid, in addition to the master franchise rights for Cappuccino Grand Café in the Middle East, North Africa and Asia. In an exclusive interview with Hospitality News ME, Batal said, “Our upcoming development plan over the coming five years involves expanding the whole group’s portfolio throughout the world. We are currently in the phase of building the team that will be part of our new journey. We have just opened the Galler flagship store in Qatar and signed the Kuwait territory.”
