Chef Uwe Micheel, director of kitchens of Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek, and president of the Emirates Culinary Guild, has recently released his cook book, ‘Flavours of Dubai’. The book combines traditiona­l Emirati recipes and modern cuisine, using local produce.
