What is TDS?

TDS stands for total dissolved solids. It measures the mineral composition of any given water, creating a specific flavor profile and character. TDS levels determine how much sodium, magnesium, calcium and other minerals are present in a water type, therefore letting you know how your water of choice pairs with your food. In water menus, these levels begin at under 10mg at the low end, and go all the way up to above 3000mg at the high end.
