Chefs’ The­ater Twenty of the finest chefs were present to share with the pub­lic their pas­sion for food through a se­ries of live demon­stra­tions and work­shops at the Chefs’ The­ater. The chefs pre­pared an as­sort­ment of ex­cit­ing dishes, from Lebanese fa­vorites to gourmet in­ter­na­tional dishes.

Or­ganic Pav­il­ion New this year, the pav­il­ion gath­ered top or­ganic pro­duc­ers dur­ing the three-day show. Par­tic­i­pants in­cluded: Tiny but Mighty, Ad­yar, Bi­oli­cous, House of Zejd, Or­ganic Sis­ters, Healthy Bas­ket and Lebanese Genco Olive Oil.

Wine Bou­tique Vis­i­tors had the chance to taste a range of or­ganic Lebanese wine. Small winer­ies show­cas­ing the best of their pro­duc­tion in­cluded: Ad­yar, Ba­troun Moun­tain, Trois Collines and Caber­net Sau­vi­gnon 2016.

Mas­ter­classes Ex­cit­ing ses­sions with blog­gers, in­flu­encers, food­ser­vice ex­perts, di­eti­cians, mixol­o­gists and wine ex­perts.

Olio Del Libano III Strength­en­ing and en­hanc­ing the qual­ity olive oil chain in Le­banon with Chef Sleiman Khawand, high­light­ing Lebanese ex­tra vir­gin olive oil with dishes like Cala­mari Potato Kebbe.

Li­brairie Gour­mande A wide se­lec­tion of cook­books were avail­able for vis­i­tors to browse through and buy at the Li­brairie An­toine, with book sign­ings by Sabine Ma­zloun and Chef Khalissa dur­ing the event.

Ta­ble Set­ting The magic of Christ­mas was on full dis­play with six bou­tiques pre­sent­ing the lat­est trends in Christ­mas table­ware. Par­tic­i­pants in­cluded: Rana Salam, Bk­erzay Pot­tery, La Mai­son, Mai­son Pink, Riviera Mai­son and She Men Leb­nen.
