More than 10,000 trade professionals visited the show to discover products and services from over 100 exhibitors, alongside the latest industry trends. As the country’s only hospitality and foodservice trade event, HORECA JORDAN shone a bright light on the rising stars of the sector by organizing a number of competitions: the Hospitality Salon Culinaire; the Al Ameed Coffee Barista Competition; the Art of Service Competition; and the Bed Making Competition. Significantly, 40 percent of the gold medal winners at this year’s Hospitality Salon Culinaire were women.

“We are thrilled by the turnout this year,” said Thuraya Husseini, chairperson and CEO of Lawrence & Husseini Consult, the event organizer. “The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities has been supporting HORECA JORDAN since the beginning and it was an honor to have H.E. Lina Annab with us again.”
