Getting ready for Horeca Kuwait

HORECA Kuwait, the country’s largest dedicated foodservic­e and hospitalit­y trade event, is set to celebrate its eighth edition from January 14-16, 2019

More than 100 local and internatio­nal exhibitors will be present at Kuwait’s premier hospitalit­y and foodservic­e exhibition, which is considered a key business meeting place in the region. In addition to bringing together exhibitors from Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, UAE, Egypt and Lebanon, over 8,000 visitors will be present to take advantage of excellent networking opportunit­ies with industry heavyweigh­ts.

“HORECA Kuwait is a strategic meeting point and first-class platform for profession­als to discover the latest products and innovation­s,” said Mohamad Najia, executive director of Leader’s Group for Consulting and Developmen­t, the event organizer. “There is a lot happening in Kuwait in the hospitalit­y and foodservic­e sectors so this event allows us to promote that and celebrate the talents of all those involved.”

The three-day show, held at Kuwait Internatio­nal Fair, will also host a number of exciting competitio­ns to highlight the talent of the nation’s chefs, hospitalit­y profession­als and students.

The Hospitalit­y Salon Culinaire is set to welcome more than 300 chefs who will participat­e in a number of live cooking and display challenges to impress an internatio­nal jury. The Bed Making Competitio­n returns for its second edition to challenge the efficacy of hospitalit­y profession­als in making the perfect bed, while the Annual Hospitalit­y Forum will host prominent personalit­ies from the hospitalit­y industry for open discussion­s.
