Perfecting the art of ice-cream making with more than 80 novel flavors, Audi continued her journey from Beirut to La La Land. MILK opened in Los Angles in 2007, a trendy venue specialized in ice-cream sandwiches – ice cream flavors like Red Velvet, Thai Tea and Coffee Toffee sandwiched between two macaroons. The story continues with MILK in Silver Lake, CA, OSLO in Mar Mikhael and Audi traveling between Beirut and LA, seeking the best ingredients to deliver to her customers.
