7. The Mojito

STRICTLY FOR ADULTS Shhh don’t share this one with the kids. We are allowed to enjoy a popsicle too. Mix together some fresh lime juice, club soda, finely chopped mint leaves, sugar, and some rum. Add each according to taste and pour into moulds to freeze for up to 12 hours. Great for parties.
