Gen­eral Man­ager & Head Di­eti­cian at gives us a sim­ple detox diet that any­one can fol­low at home The detox diet is a low calo­rie, meat free, dairy free, pesco-veg­e­tar­ian diet plan (based on plants and seafood). The main tar­get of this diet is to lose weight, while cleans­ing and detox­i­fy­ing your body.

The diet is rich in fiber and an­tiox­i­dants, low in sat­u­rated fats and pro­cessed in­gre­di­ents. It mainly in­cludes fish, seafood, whole grains, legumes, seeds, veg­eta­bles and fruit.

The detox diet pro­gram is done over a pe­riod of 21 days, dur­ing which, a box that con­tains break­fast, lunch, din­ner and snacks is sent on a daily ba­sis. The diet starts with two days of liq­uids (fresh juices, ve­gan milks and soups), fol­lowed by a cre­ative pesco-veg­e­tar­ian menu. Each week, we in­tro­duce 1 or 2 days of liq­uids
