Av­o­cado and sal­mon

Place one av­o­cado half on a plate and top it with slices of sal­mon, onion rings, ca­pers, cashews, gin­ger, rocca, pal­metto, lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Close with the other half of the av­o­cado, then sprin­kle with white and black sesame seeds.
