"Street style falafel reimagined" Sour/spiced

INGREDIENT­S

• 50ml Vodka Falafel (recipe follows)

• 15ml lemon

• 15ml sugar syrup (1/1)

• 5ml Skinos Mastiha

• 5ml Green Chartreuse

• 3 basil leaves

• Garnish: herbal oil and pickled horseradis­h

• Glass: short glass Vodka Falafel distillati­on

• Preparatio­n: 3 hours

• 500 ml vodka

• 10g falafel spices

• Infuse all ingredient­s for 2 hours and distill on 70 degrees using rotary evaporator.

PREPARATIO­N

Put all the ingredient­s in a shaker; gently muddle the basil, shake with ice cubes and serve over a big chunk of ice.
