"Street style falafel reimagined" Sour/spiced
• 50ml Vodka Falafel (recipe follows)
• 15ml lemon
• 15ml sugar syrup (1/1)
• 5ml Skinos Mastiha
• 5ml Green Chartreuse
• 3 basil leaves
• Garnish: herbal oil and pickled horseradish
• Glass: short glass Vodka Falafel distillation
• Preparation: 3 hours
• 500 ml vodka
• 10g falafel spices
• Infuse all ingredients for 2 hours and distill on 70 degrees using rotary evaporator.
Put all the ingredients in a shaker; gently muddle the basil, shake with ice cubes and serve over a big chunk of ice.
