"Street style falafel reimag­ined" Sour/spiced

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

• 50ml Vodka Falafel (recipe fol­lows)

• 15ml lemon

• 15ml su­gar syrup (1/1)

• 5ml Ski­nos Mastiha

• 5ml Green Chartreuse

• 3 basil leaves

• Gar­nish: herbal oil and pick­led horse­rad­ish

• Glass: short glass Vodka Falafel dis­til­la­tion

• Prepa­ra­tion: 3 hours

• 500 ml vodka

• 10g falafel spices

• In­fuse all in­gre­di­ents for 2 hours and dis­till on 70 de­grees us­ing ro­tary evap­o­ra­tor.

PREPA­RA­TION

Put all the in­gre­di­ents in a shaker; gen­tly mud­dle the basil, shake with ice cubes and serve over a big chunk of ice.
