“I am a mom-turned-food influencer! I was introduced to different cuisines at a very young age in a family that had a great passion for excellent food. I learnt how to cook gradually, with my first stuffed vine leaves' preparation at the mere age of 12, while my first meghle batch came just a few years later. Over time, I've collected more than 100 cookbooks and watched cooking shows that have allowed me to slowly polish my skills in international and local dishes.
My greatest joy in life is my four children, who are the best (and pickiest) judges of recipes.
They motivate me to try new recipes daily. Each has a particular lifestyle and different needs, and I try to accommodate these. This diversity has enabled me to easily cater for my cooking students’ demands and needs. My favorite quote? ‘When baking, follow the recipe, but when cooking, follow your heart.’
