30 cl Jäger­meis­ter

20 cl Hopped Cof­fee & Car­damom Kom­bucha 10 cl wa­ter

PREPA­RA­TION 1

Premix all of the in­gre­di­ents in a soda syphon, charge with Co2 and shake well.

Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour be­fore serv­ing.

Note that upon car­bon­a­tion, it is prefer­able to have all el­e­ments ex­tra cold for bet­ter re­sults; the premix, the Syphon it­self and the Co2 charges re­spec­tively.

Syphon out the cock­tail in a round Sumo glass with a large ice cube in­side.

Gar­nish with a gin­ger­bread tu­ile.
