IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

20 ml MONIN el­der­flower syrup 30 ml fresh lime juice

50 ml Nomad

1 dash Fee Broth­ers orange bit­ter Fresh thyme (for drink and gar­nish) Pinch of cin­na­mon pow­der

Ice

PREPA­RA­TION

Put the thyme and mud­dle slightly add the rest of the in­gre­di­ents ex­cept for the cin­na­mon in a shaker and shake well.

Pour in a glass over ice and burn the cin­na­mon pow­der on top while u sprin­kle.

Gar­nish with fresh thyme and de­hy­drated lime or le­mon.
