Mint & Labneh Omelette Chefs Nazira & Cynthia Bitar
Ingredients
• 2 organic eggs • 2 tbsp labneh • Pine nuts
• Mint
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Season the eggs with salt and pepper then whisk until the mixture foams.
2. Add the chopped mint.
3. Drizzle some olive oil in a pan and heat.
Add the beaten eggs mixture.
4. Once cooked, put on a plate. Add the labneh and the pine nuts, and then fold.
