Local exhibition at La Biennale kicks off

The exhibition “Yiima” Art Group: Allegory of Dreams was recently inaugurated in Venice, Italy, curated by João Miguel Barros. The exhibition, as part of the the 59th International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia, showcases 11 pieces (sets) of the latest integrated works by artists Ung Vai Meng and Chan Hin Io from “Yiima” Art Group. It is the eighth year that Macau contemporary artworks have been featured as part of this century-old international art event. Through this exhibition, the artists hope to showcase the unique cultural life and ambience of Macau characterised by over 400 years of cultural fusion between China and the West, as well as a strong living ethos reflected therein. The exhibition will run until October 20, 2022.
