The Parisian Macao’s Brasserie to feature ‘Gourmay’ menu

-

The Parisian Macao’s Brasserie will celebrate the 13th French ‘Gourmay’ Food & Wine Festival with a four-course menu to be offered from today until May 31.

In this authentic French bistro, bon vivants in town can embark on a ‘Rhômantic Bistronomy’ journey, with wine pairings from Côtes du Rhône.

French ‘Gourmay’ is an annual festival in Hong Kong and Macau dedicated to gastronomy à la française. Celebrating the theme of ‘Rhômantic Bistronomy’ this year, the festival will lay the art of haute cuisine open on the plate and make gastronomic philosophies accessible to everyone. As a combination of bistro dishes cooked with seasonal produce and haute cuisine methods, the “philosophy of bistronomy engages the people we love in a friendly environment,” the company announced in a statement.

The special four-course menu has been curated by French Executive Chef Daniel Brolese. The meal starts with an amuse-bouche of prime beef tartare with traditional condiments.
