Youth group aims to stress less

Demands on mental health have been growing in the past years, intensified by the Covid-19 pandemic. Hou Kong Junior Chamber recently organized a seminar to launch a series of events focusing on mental support. The group’s president, Adelina Carvalhosa, said that anxiety and other emotional challenges have already caused impacts on physical health. Boris Tam, chairperson of the events’ organizing committee, said that events will be held in a hybrid mode from May to July – both online and offline – to familiarize audiences with skills to become aware of their stress levels and look at how to reduce them.
