Besides creative snack dishes of cutting edge flavour combinations, featuring prominent Japanese ingredients with Southeast Asian spices and California techniques, Adrift offers a plethora of palate stimulants that are alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
Concocted by resident bartender Sam Ross, sparkling and shaken cocktails are presented with whimsical names that will keep your holiday mode on till the wee hours of the morning. Have a go with the refreshing Lepak Local of gin infused with chilli padi, palm sugar infused with burnt lemongrass, calamansi and pineapple juice; the fruity Diamonds and Pearls of gin, blackberry, lillet blanc and a hint of coconut; or the sturdy I Hear Banjoes…, bourbon and apple brandy with splashes of cinnamon and apple wood smoke.
