Head into the woods for a whole different experience with Bulgari Man Wood Essence

MY ACQUAINTANCE with Bulgari fragrances dates back to when I was five years old, when my older sister had Eau Parfumée au Thé Vert as her go-to scent. I would douse myself with it once she went out of the house. Since then, Bulgari has always had a place on my dresser, graduating from the subtle Thé Vert to the more masculine Bulgari Homme Extreme as I grew.

Fast forward to 2018. I attended the launch of the brand’s new Wood Essence cologne from the Bulgari Man line of fragrances and took the opportunity to chat with CEO Jean-Christophe Babin, nose Alberto Morillas and face of the fragrance, Nick Bateman.

As I unravelled more about the deliciously woody new scent, it occured to me that I was gaining a new experience with the brand whose fragrances had been indelibly entrenched in my olfactory memory.
