The Villeret collection prevails in its belief in pure aesthetics, faithfully reflecting the values of traditional watchmaking which Blancpain recites.

In this same spirit, the manufacture revisits and renews the Ultraplate with a 38mm facelift and an additional date aperture. The 8.35mm-thick watch features a slender double-stepped case in steel or 18k red gold, an understated yet sumptuous dial, applied gold hour markers and sage leaf-shaped hands. The counterweight of the second hand is marked by the founder’s initial. Although the case front is austere, the case back is lavished with an exhibition of the in-house 1150 movement. It leads the industry in the realms of ultra-thin automatics, carrying 100 hours of power reserve.
