BREITLING
Unveiled during the brand’s first-ever
Summit Webcast, the initial Superocean
Heritage ’57 Limited Edition swiftly sold out within hours. Breitling then follows up with the Limited Edition II. This time, though, the scope is raised to 1,000 pieces and 100 of which go towards the benefits of frontline health workers battling the Covid-19 pandemic. Rooted in sun and surf, the watch is an ode to the inaugural Superocean from the 1957 and the laidback lifestyle characteristic of the times. The eye-catching rainbow SuperLumiNova coating of yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, red and orange, symbolises hope and sanguineness. The wider capsule collection consists of black and blue dial options in 42mm stainless steel cases with ceramic bezel rings, as well as a two-tone variant featuring a bidirectional rotating bezel in 18k red gold with a black ceramic ring.
