GERMAN LEATHER BRAND Braun Büffel has had a longstanding reputation for their beautiful leather goods that are well-crafted and sturdy. With its newest collection, Micro/Macro, the leather masters set out on a journey to bring people on an adventure̶ exploring and discovering the endless possibilities within the mind while finding symmetrically perfect outcomes. The House’s Creative Director, Fabio Panzeri’s idea behind the collection is to highlight the principle of contrast̶hoping that it will encourage us to view the world with an ever-changing perspective and to create an infinite number of patterns, especially during such unprecedented times. It presents a range of reformed classics, embracing a “metamodernism’’ approach which sees the classicism of the Italian tradition for leather goods combined with German engineering and architectural innovation. Reflecting its concept, the futuristic silhouette of each bag is highlighted with a vibrant and eye-catching colour palette where each distinctive personality shines through̶ creating a shift of mood by putting the joy back into getting dressed. Not only that, classic pieces that act as an extension of last year’s collection are also brought back as part of the ensemble.
