A NEW START

After announcing the closure of a former boutique on Fifth Avenue, Versace has recently announced the opening of a new boutique in New York City’s premier SoHo neighborhood, located on 111 Greene Street̶the 3,070-square-foot store presents a full offering of readyto-wear and accessories for both men and women. Following the design concept by renowned architect Gwenael Nicolas first presented in the Paris flagship, the boutique captures the brand’s powerful vision for the future, while staying true to Versace’s instantly recognizable design aesthetic. Greca-patterned marble floors and sculpted Medusas depict the brand’s iconic designs in a contemporary way that perfectly fits the location. Besides that, the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certified space was created with the highest sustainability standards in mind, from the choice of materials used to the flexibility and management of the stores̶taking a holistic approach including applying the highest environmental standards to materials selection for all parts of the boutique.
