What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger. The pandemic may have dealt humanity the biggest crisis we have faced in our lifetime, but our continued fight and persistent adaptability might just be the catalyst to transform the crisis in hand into what could potentially be mankind’s most robust rebound. As it is, most entrepreneurs and employees have adapted to working from home, and introduced business models, services and practices that we never thought possible. If 2020 to 2021 is anything to go by, we can expect things to get even more interesting as we move forward.

It is at this momentous junction of exceptionally exciting and trying times that we launch our entrepreneur supplement with a lifestyle twist, Leading Force. This issue, we have compiled a collection of our first-hand interviews and features on various entrepreneurs, creatives and startups from the past two years to serve as a guide for future generations to have a glimpse of what some of today’s enterprising individuals have experienced during this important moment in time ‒ from our Men of the Year and A-Listers’ initial reflections on the MCO, to interesting career pivots, followed by the courageous few who managed to launch their startups in the thick of the pandemic.
