Airtable combines the power of a database with the familiarit­y of a spreadshee­t. As every business has its own set of needs, Airtable allows the user to customise the database by modifying templates or just creating a new one from scratch. This database also allows for multiple users making it a great tool for online collaborat­ion.

MONDAY.COM

This is yet another project management tool that is great for online collaborat­ion. What sets this tool apart is that it offers a slightly different perspectiv­e compared to other tools. It focuses on processes instead of tasks, visual instead of text-based and works on a grid instead of hierarchy.

HOOTSUITE

With social media being what it is today, most companies would undoubtedl­y have some form of this integrated into their means of communicat­ion. Hootsuite is a social media management applicatio­n that allows multiple users to manage, collaborat­e and schedule posts.

ASANA

This project management tool offers pretty much the standard set of features to help teams stay organised. Additional­ly, it also offers automated process management tools and integratio­n with more than 200+ other applicatio­ns so your team can combine everything they need to communicat­e, collaborat­e, and coordinate work, from start to finish.
