BERLUTI PLAYOFF SNEAKER

Inspired by the 80s and early 90s high top basketball sneakers, Berluti pays homage to its first-ever sneaker Playtime, by unveiling its newest statement sneaker̶the Playoff sneaker. Made from Venezia leather, the upper’s assembled cutouts are the result of an impressive artisanal work composed of 80 leather pieces. Best example is the refined folded leather technique used on the toe and the back of the shoe. Its trademark details include sporty features such as padded Venezie leather tongue, perforations, an anatomic insole, and a mesh lining for comfort. A thick and comfortable rubber outsole features a leather insert on the heel with a pop of colour matching the laces. The sneakers come in two different uppers, an eye-catching high top and a timeless low top option embellished by the Berluti Scritto signature.

Four different renditions are available such as Steel Blue and Red, Purple and Blue, Neon Patina, and Nero Grigio and Honey̶which is a brand new seasonal colour that offers an understatedly chic option. The Neon Patina however, is an innovative technique which requires more than three hours of work and in which upper edges are highlighted in a contrasting tone by hand, using a pencil.

ODISSEA SNEAKER

A new Versace sneaker style has landed. With a distinctly positive take on futuristic design and fashion, the Odissea is inspired by celestial travel and the stars. Basketball sneaker elements are cut-through with futuristic line punctuations and a 3D rubber Medusa plaque that defines the silhouette̶its clean, sharp lines recalling the shape of an aerodynamic cycling helmet or dynamic future spacecraft. Seen styled with both casual and more formal looks in the Pre-Fall 2022 lookbook and Fall-Winter 2022 collection film, the sneaker is available in a range of tonal colours like black, white, ultramarine blue, pink, brown, and metallic silver.

LOUIS VUITTON TRAINERS

A newcomer to the Louis Vuitton collection and the embodiment of the Maison’s innovative spirit, this unprecedented model created by the late Virgil Abloh marks a new chapter in eco-design. Manufactured in the Louis Vuitton workshop in Fiesso d’Artico, Italy, using a highly complex process, the sneakers blend ecodesign with fine craftsmanship, in accordance with the codes of circular creativity.

The sole is composed of an unparalleled 94% recycled polyurethane, with unchanged efficiency in terms of bounce, cushion and foot support ‒ most notably thanks to the use of recycled cotton inner pads, and an insole made out of fully recycled polyurethane. As for the upper, it blends recycled polyester with a corn-based plastic material. The laces, made from used plastic, cross over the tongue, which is also recycled polyester, whereas the eyelets contain 91% regenerated polyurethane. Not only that, this LV Trainer boasts the logo designed by Abloh. A visual example of Louis Vuitton’s upcycling philosophy, it has since become the symbol of the Maison’s commitment to sustainable development.

ZEGNA TRIPLE STITCH SNEAKER

Every road and every path at Zegna starts from and leads to Oasi Zegna, home of their values. This season, the iconic Triple Stitch Sneaker continues to accomplish all the needs of a versatile everyday shoe celebrated for its softness, lightness and remarkably flexible construction. Created several years ago by Creative Director Alessandro Sartori, this sneaker is a multifaceted shoe perfect for any look or occasion. It defines multifunctional wearability and is the perfect partner to a diverse range of luxury leisurewear from Sartori’s Fall Winter 2022 collection. Recognisable by its series of crossed elastics reminiscent of stitches, hence its name̶that replace conventional lacing, the shoe is a hybrid of a loafer and a sneaker. The ultra-light rubber sole and flexible construction allow for comfort in any environment and come in a wide variety of materials from grained leather to canvas and suede leather. A sustainable version in recycled denim was even recently released in Zegna’s environmentallyconscious line dubbed ‘Use The Existing’. We think the Triple Stitch sneaker is a must-have in any man’s wardrobe.

FENDI FASTER SNEAKERS

The Roman luxury Maison presents its Faster sneakers, new trainers fully embracing the classic street-style aesthetic with a design that screams Fendi. Characterised by the shape of a classic running shoe, the Fendi Faster sneakers are injected with innovative details, materials and lines, combined with the Maison’s signature codes, in a perfect mix between heritage and modernity.

A stretched FF rubber logo adds a high-end sporty touch to the upper which features an attentive mix of mesh and technical fabrics with nubuck, adding a vintage feel to the trainer. Insertions of FF jacquard logo in the iconic tobacco and brown hues run are featured across the upper, on the laces and tongue, continuing through the back of the shoe until the sole. Here, a transparent rubber featured on top of it contributes to the innovative construction of the dynamic rubber sole which makes the new Fendi Faster sneakers extremely light and comfortable. A 3D FF logo on the tip of the shoe and a Fendi tag on the tongue contributes to the modern and cool Fendi design of the shoe. The colour line-up includes white and beige with the FF jacquard in tobacco and brown, full black and a metal-grey version in coated technical fabric with a shiny and smooth effect featuring a special white tone on tone FF jacquard.
