Cycling Plus (Malaysia) - - GEAR GUIDE -

Jersey choice and quality has never been better. The budget jerseys on test here are well-made and cut appropriately. Craft’s Rise is a good first-timer’s jersey option and Lusso’s Stripes top offers an impressive ride, but the dhb Aeron offers outstanding value and takes our best budget jersey rosette. At the top-end, Giordana’s FR-C Pro is good value considering its high-performance characteristics, while Alé’s Piuma combines race qualities with a forgiving fit, although Ashmei’s Classic is a pleasant alternative to the race jersey. For race duties Castelli’s Aero Race 5.1 stood out for the price and so earns our highly commended award. Chapeau, Morvelo and Stolen Goat offer similar jerseys that all perform solidly. Pearl Izumi’s Escape offers an alternative style, as does Santini’s Origine, which is particularly impressive. The overall performance and value of Endura’s Pro SL stood out the most, however, and so it wins the best on test title.
