ASSISTED LAT STRETCH
ONE EXERCISE YOU MUST DO THIS MONTH
With a friend holding a bar firmly or attaching one end of a resistance band securely, step back so that the holding arm is straight once you bend forward at the waist.
FEEL THE STRETCH
Aim to feel a stretch all along the armpit and down the side. Turn the torso and move your position to get a maximum stretch with your arm alongside your ear, comfortably. Stretch for 30-60 seconds as you lengthen out the back.
Hit the floor – For greater stability perform this on the floor on your knees.
