STEP BACK

With a friend hold­ing a bar firmly or at­tach­ing one end of a re­sis­tance band se­curely, step back so that the hold­ing arm is straight once you bend for­ward at the waist.

FEEL THE STRETCH

Aim to feel a stretch all along the armpit and down the side. Turn the torso and move your po­si­tion to get a max­i­mum stretch with your arm along­side your ear, com­fort­ably. Stretch for 30-60 sec­onds as you lengthen out the back.

Hit the floor – For greater sta­bil­ity per­form this on the floor on your knees.
