Meat lovers will want to go with the Stanbroke black Angus which is grilled on a handcrafted charcoal grill. The lamb cutlets also come highly recommended and come with a selection of different sauces that one can choose from. If you prefer marine-based meat choice, the snapper with hazelnut butter and capers is delicate and delicious, the fish having cooked to perfection and getting a burst of flavours from the sauce and vegetables.
Top off the meal with dessert in the form of crepe Suzette, which is also cooked at the table and given a flaming final touch of Grand Marnier. For a non-sweet option, there is a selection of French artisan cheese to sample in servings of threes or fives.
