Antipasti of mozzarella in carozza is a crunchy way to start the meal. Served with a side of greens, the outer fried layer, despite having the right crispy texture, slightly overpowers the cheesy goodness inside.

The 200 grams Wagyu marble 9 is a robust main meat dish, with the texture done right. It comes with a tasty side of aglio olio and greens. For carbs, the mushroom and truffle risotto sees savoury risotto melding exceptiona­lly well with the mushrooms and truffle.

Savini’s menu features a wide selection of dishes, including for desserts – a definite plus point is the number of intriguing sorbet and gelato flavours for the picking. Safe options such as the tiramisu and chocolate cake comes with a serving of balsamic sorbet and lavender gelato respective­ly. Just like the mains, the desserts are pleasing to both the eyes and tongue, boasting rich flavours immaculate­ly balanced off with the light icy offerings.
