WHY GO

-

If you’re in an epicurean frame of mind to savour authentically classic Thai cuisine that combines the old with the new, amidst a modernist setting with quaint touches of the past, give this place a go.

Pork is aplenty in the menu, and the comical yet aptly named ‘fireballs’ - spicy and flavourful pork meatballs - make for a fiery starter. Must-try signature dishes include the pork neck with glutinous rice and the succulent pork knuckle dish.

Beef is not left out of the spotlight, with their beef ball noodle taking top accolades for its tangy and flavourful broth bathing a plethora of beef balls that are springy to the bite, accompanied by generous servings of tender, streaky beef chunks. A set of condiments including chilli flakes, fish sauce, sugar and vinegar, all contained in test tubes, gives diners the choice to adjust the flavours of the soup to suit individual taste.

Seafood and chicken also makes its presence felt on the menu, especially with the classic tom yum and green curry. The classic tom yum is aromatic and punchy, while the green curry is thick and flavourful - both are naturally good choices to accompany white rice.
