Kikubari is new to the lo­cal Ja­panese din­ing scene and poised to make its mark. Helmed by Chef Jun Wong, who has worked in Miche­lin-starred restau­rants around the world, Kikubari of­fers a com­pre­hen­sive range of sakés and wines paired with a menu of con­tem­po­rary dishes made with in­gre­di­ents sourced from Ja­pan. Chef Jun pre­pares the food us­ing Ja­panese and Euro­pean tech­niques and a prime ex­am­ple of this is the roasted wagyu bone mar­row topped with gar­lic bread pieces, yuzukoshou sea­son­ing, and yuzu gre­mo­lata – a cit­rusrich Ital­ian herb condi­ment.
