BOLD BURGUNDY

WHO SAID REDS SHOULD ONLY BE WORN ON YOUR LIPS? ROCK ‘EM ON YOUR EYES AND YOU’LL BE FLAUNTING THAT SULTRY LOOK FOR DAYS.

Female (Malaysia) - - MAKEOVER -

Step 1: Pat a shimmery copper eyeshadow on the centre of your lids then apply a deep burgundy on the outer corners of your eyes, blending outwards to form a ‘V’. Step 2: Tightline your eyes with eyeliner and fix some falsies on, then bind them with your natural lashes by applying mascara, wiggling the wand from the roots to tips. 1 ELIZABETH ARDEN BEAUTIFUL COLOR HIGH INTENSITY LIQUID EYELINER IN 01 JET BLACK, RM112

Step 4: Complete the look with an ombré brick-hued pout. Start by outlining your lips with a lip pencil or lip brush for a precise and crisp line before filling it in.

My go-to makeup look has always been bronzy eyes and a nude lip. Experimenting with hues isn’t exactly my forte so I tend to stay away from it. It’s refreshing to see that I can pull off red tones without looking like a complete mess. Plus, I love how it makes my eyes pop! – Raja Kathryna Asrolf, Graphic designer
