AVOCADO PESTO TOAST

1 avocado, diced into small cubes 1 piece toast 3 cloves garlic 50 grams basil 50 grams parmesan cheese powder 50 grams pine nuts 50 grams salad of your choice 150 millilitres olive oil
Blend the basil, garlic, parmesan cheese powder, pine nuts and olive oil together until fine to form the pesto. Mix the diced avocado with pesto sauce.
Add in salt and pepper to taste. Toast the bread and spread the avocado pesto on top.
Toss the salad with olive oil and salt. Serve the toast with salad on the side.
