1 av­o­cado, diced into small cubes 1 piece toast 3 cloves gar­lic 50 grams basil 50 grams parme­san cheese pow­der 50 grams pine nuts 50 grams salad of your choice 150 millil­itres olive oil



Blend the basil, gar­lic, parme­san cheese pow­der, pine nuts and olive oil to­gether un­til fine to form the pesto. Mix the diced av­o­cado with pesto sauce.

Add in salt and pep­per to taste. Toast the bread and spread the av­o­cado pesto on top.

Toss the salad with olive oil and salt. Serve the toast with salad on the side.
