RUMBLE IN THE JUNGLE
Firewatch to be Released on February 9, 2016 for PC and PS4
Think you have what it takes to survive the Wyoming wilderness with nothing more than a walkie-talkie and your wits? Go ahead and put your resourcefulness to the test, when Firewatch, the first-person mystery-adventure game, becomes available on the PC, Mac, Linux, and PS4 on February 9, 2016.
In the words of the game’s indie developers, Campo Santo,
Firewatch is "a mystery set in the Wyoming wilderness, where your only emotional lifeline is the person on the other end of a handheld radio."
Players will assume the role of Henry in Firewatch, a man who decided to leave his chaotic life behind him to work as a fire lookout in the serene Wyoming wilderness. Of course, being a mystery game, it doesn’t take long for things to take a turn for the worst, as “something strange” piques Henry’s curiosity, and lures him away from the sanctuary of his watchtower and into the deep, dense wilderness around him. As we’ve pointed out earlier, the only person that Henry will be able to communicate with during his adventure into the wild is Delilah, his supervisor, through his trusty handheld radio. The decisions that you will make on behalf of Henry throughout the game will eventually determine whether his relationship with Delilah will flourish, or end up bursting into flames.
