PASSAGE THROUGH TIME
This month, Swiss manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre goes back in time with its ‘Art of Behind The Scenes’ vernissage in Antibes. In collaboration with Finch & Partners, this production coincides with the annual Cannes Film Festival. With rare and never-before-seen images of our favourite movie stars, including Marilyn Monroe, the exhibition boasts a carefully curated selection of on-set shots by some of the world’s most accomplished photographers. The pièce de résistance? A unique 1938 Jaeger-LeCoultre Compass camera, once considered to be at the forefront of miniature cameras, as well as a lasting symbol of union between haute horlogerie and the world of filmmaking.
