Rihanna does a lot with her eyes so I feel like you can have a beautiful, soft shimmer on the eyes and a nice, soft crease. But when you have monolids, the eyes tend to be flatter so the focus is to create depth. That can be done by saturating the root of the lash with a darker colour—any colour that you want to wear— and create an ombre halfway to the lid. Gorgeous lashes 24/7 ... I don’t know if I should be saying this because it’s really bad. I curl them, put the mascara on, then curl them again, and they stay on beautiful. Also, ensure that the mascara doesn’t have alcohol in it but beeswax because it will maintain the curls. My makeup no-nos ... Heavy contour and boxy brows. I always tell people that contouring is like wearing spectacles. You want to have them on but you don’t want anybody to notice.
