The reality TV star of ‘Laguna Beach’ and ‘The Hills’ fame on her latest show ‘Very Cavallari’ and her favourite characters.
What can you tell us about Very Cavallari?
The show is about my life living in Nashville. It’s been eight years since I wrapped The Hills and the world has changed. I am married with three kids and I have a lifestyle brand, Uncommon James.
What’s the biggest misconception that people have of you?
Coming from Laguna Beach and The Hills, people think I’m a b*tch, but Very Cavallari is true to who I am. People can see how I run a company, and other softer sides of my personality, especially with my family.
How is this show different from the reality TV shows you’ve done on MTV?
Laguna Beach and The Hills were shot like a movie, and this isn’t quite the same. Nashville itself is one of the characters; it’s a cool and sexy place, which a lot of people don’t realise.
Who should we look out for on the show?
My husband Jay [Cutler] brings the comedy; my best friend Kelly [Henderson] lets me be completely myself; my social media manager for Uncommon James, Shannon [Ford], is extremely captivating—she’s going to be a breakout star; and Worth, who works for me as well, is definitely an eye candy!
