Reminiscent of Salvador Dalí’s The Persistence of Memory, Cartier’s Crash timepiece is reinvented this year with a crumpled case and dial, and gives off a hallucinogenic effect. The only timepiece in this new collection powered by the manual Calibre 8970 MC movement, the Crash Radieuse is crafted from yellow gold, and only limited to 50 precious pieces.

First introduced in 1967, this year’s Cartier Crash timepiece involves a crumpled case and dial, with dramatic contours
