Christian Louboutin celebrated the opening of L’Exhibition[niste], his largest-ever exhibition, at the Palais de la Porte Dorée in his hometown of Paris. It came full circle for the designer as the museum was where he chanced upon a signage forbidding the wear of stiletto heels, later inspiring one of his iconic designs: the Pigalle pump. A-list guests Dita Von Teese, Kiwi Lee, and Monica Bellucci previewed the fascinating exhibit amid a cocktail party featuring an enchanting performance by L’Orchestre Lamoureux.
