In the world of haute joaillerie, Tiffany & Co.’s April presentation in Shanghai, China was pretty much the greatest show on earth! Held from 6 April to 16 April, Tiffany unveiled new designs from its 2021 Blue Book Collection, titled “Colors of Nature”, in what was the Maison’s largest ever showing of its High Jewelry collection in China. Over 500 Tiffany high jewellery and Jean Schlumberger creations were on display, including a preview of the breath-taking Empire Diamond—an 80-carat wonder named after the Maison’s founding city—prior to its setting in a masterpiece design inspired by the 1939 World’s Fair necklace.

As its name suggests, the spectacular exhibition took visitors on an experiential journey through nature, from land to sea then sky, to showcase artistic interpretations of nature’s many beauties, fashioned from more than 35 different species of gemstones, including Tiffany legacy gemstones the likes of tanzanite, morganite and tsavorite, forming butterfly brooches, diamond garlands, even acorn-shaped clocks.

The show was a testament to Tiffany’s enduring legacy of excellence, unrivaled craftsmanship and artistry, not to mention its reputation as the purveyor of the world’s finest diamonds and gemstones.
