IN­GRE­DI­ENTS:

• 4 rash­ers streaky beef brisket • 3 slices white bread • 1 tbsp may­on­naise • 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced • 1 tomato, sliced • A few thick slices of chicken or turkey breast

• Salad leaves METHOD : 1. Heat grill to high and cook the beef, turn­ing half­way through, un­til crisp. 2. Toast bread and spread one slice with mayo. 3. Top it with egg, tomato and some beef. Cover with sec­ond slice of bread. 4. Top again with chicken or turkey breast, beef, and then let­tuce. 5. Place the fi­nal slice of bread on top. Cut sand­wich into quar­ters. 6. Se­cure with cock­tail sticks and serve with crisps, if you like.
