Healthy, fuss-free and oh-so-easy to make – whip up your own dressing with some balsamic ba vinegar, a squirt of lime juice, and a drizzling of extravir virgin olive oil. Then, throw fresh g greens of your choice, slivers o of chopped ginger flowers and lemongrass, mangoes and a avocadoes (both cubed) into a bowl, before tossing it all with th the dressing. If you’d like some prot protein, you can add shrimps or chicken breast.

Combine chopped pieces of a mango, plain yogurt (go for Greek yogurt if you prefer a thicker consistency), a generous amount of honey, and a pinch of ground cardamom and cinnamon in a blender – ice is optional.

You can use it as a spread or dip. Just sprinkle a smattering of salt over some mango slices and leave them to rest overnight. Then, drain and rinse the slices. Leave them aside as you mix chopped garlic and apples, sugar, mustard, vinegar, and cayenne pepper in a pan (grated ginger is optional). Once the concoction starts bubbling, toss in the mangoes and simmer until you achieve a thick and syrupy consistency.
