MANGO AND AV­O­CADO SALAD

Healthy, fuss-free and oh-so-easy to make – whip up your own dress­ing with some bal­samic ba vine­gar, a squirt of lime juice, and a driz­zling of ex­travir vir­gin olive oil. Then, throw fresh g greens of your choice, sliv­ers o of chopped gin­ger flow­ers and lemon­grass, man­goes and a av­o­ca­does (both cubed) into a bowl, be­fore toss­ing it all with th the dress­ing. If you’d like some prot pro­tein, you can add shrimps or chicken breast.

MANGO LASSI

Com­bine chopped pieces of a mango, plain yo­gurt (go for Greek yo­gurt if you pre­fer a thicker con­sis­tency), a gen­er­ous amount of honey, and a pinch of ground car­damom and cin­na­mon in a blender – ice is op­tional.

MANGO CHUT­NEY

You can use it as a spread or dip. Just sprin­kle a smat­ter­ing of salt over some mango slices and leave them to rest overnight. Then, drain and rinse the slices. Leave them aside as you mix chopped gar­lic and ap­ples, sugar, mus­tard, vine­gar, and cayenne pep­per in a pan (grated gin­ger is op­tional). Once the con­coc­tion starts bub­bling, toss in the man­goes and sim­mer un­til you achieve a thick and syrupy con­sis­tency.
