Italian fashion house Bottega Veneta’s intrecciato pattern is reinterpreted in metal on a stunning table.
Known for its understated and elegant pieces, Italian fashion house Bottega Veneta needs no other identifier than its intrecciato pattern. Launched at the Milan fair last year, the OVM couch table is a perfect representation of this. Its bronze body is skeletal and modest, while the tabletop bears an impeccable resemblance to Bottega Veneta’s signature weaved leather pattern.
“Bottega Veneta” means Venetian shop in Italian. The luxury brand was founded in 1966, and was one of the few labels whose items did not – and still don’t – bear a logo. Bottega Veneta has a dedicated furniture atelier in Vicenza, in the Veneto region of Italy where it is from.
