Chef Philip Leong’s first foray into the culi­nary in­dus­try saw him serve as a sushi as­sis­tant in Man­hat­tan New York’s Rikyu. A Malaysian at heart, Philip re­turned to Malaysia in 2014 to take a job with Nobu, where he now serves as Ex­ec­u­tive Chef. With a panoramic view of the Kuala Lumpur sky­line from the 56th floor of Me­nara 3 Petronas KLCC, the famed es­tab­lish­ment more than fits the bill with desserts that are sump­tu­ous as they are ut­ter works of art.
