FEELING THE FILLING
As with cake, just about any fruit is good to go in a pie as a filling. Depending on what your tastebuds are craving, you can go with something traditional like apple, but jazz it up with a hint of something new like rosewater, or the requisite warmth of cinnamon spice. Other delightful options include dairy and cream, citrus curds, frangipane filling, or even whole caramelised nuts! If you’re feeling particularly adventurous, you can even play around with a combination of fillings!
