• 1 block silken tofu, rinsed with clean wa­ter

• Young gin­ger, grated

• Spring onions, sliced

• Kat­suo­boshi flakes

• Ponzu sauce

Cut chilled fresh tofu into bite sized cubes. Top with gin­ger, kat­suo­boshi, and spring onion. Driz­zle over ponzu sauce and serve im­me­di­ately.
